Dr. A K Sen Gupta (Chief Mentor) is a known teacher, researcher, and thinker in the parlance of higher education in India. A Ph.D. in Commerce, he is the Chief Trustee of My Retired Life Foundation (MRLF).
Some of his past assignments include Professor & Director of S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai, one of the top business schools in the country, Director & Mentor, SIES College of Management Studies (SIESCOMS), Navi Mumbai, another top-ranked management institute on Pan-India basis, World Bank Consultant and instrumental in setting up National Banking College (NBC) as the apex banking training & research institute for Sub-Saharan English speaking Africa in Ghana, Africa and Professor at National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), Pune, India.
He started his career as a banker with Punjab National Bank and worked there for more than a decade in various managerial capacities.
Dr. Sen Gupta is an avid researcher and writer with 5 books to his credit and more than 50 research articles in national and international journals.
Dr. R.K. Rao, Co-Founder & Trustee is a Post-Graduate in Human Resource from the Tata Institute of Social Science and Jawaharlal Nehru University, he also holds a Ph.D. from the U.S.A. He has more than 35 years of extensive experience in Corporate HR, Industrial Relations, and Administration.
He has held Leadership positions with large corporates such as Hindustan Petroleum, Bombay Stock Exchange, Reliance Group and Aditya Birla Group. He was closely associated with their talent management, employee engagement, industrial relations and leadership development initiatives.
Dr. Rao is a certified trainer in Thomas Assessments, a recruitment analyst, and an executive coach.
Presently, he is consulting on people strategy, industrial relations, employee engagements, and soft skill training for companies in the SME sector, startups, and M&A integration. He is also closely associated with certain business schools for MBA and Executive Education. Currently, he holds the position of Director at Q4 HR Services.
He was awarded as an HR Leader by the CAMI-Middle Earth group in 2012.
Saurav Das, Co-Founder & Trustee
Saurav has been instrumental in sharing this dream of a career service for senior citizens with Dr. Rao and Dr. Sengupta. With added inputs from the latter, the team had organic growth and support from some very imminent people who are now part of this shared vision and mission.
Saurav started his career in Kolkata in the domain of direct marketing and advertising. He later moved to Nepal for a brief stint with an FMCG major and later settled in Mumbai spending decades in the academic sector helping young graduates with their first jobs as a Training and Placement Officer. He made a gradual career transition to executive search and corporate training and was quite successful in the stem cell sector around 2014.
He is also co-creating another social enterprise called "Zetta Women" which is a for-profit social enterprise for women only.
Saurav loves animals and spends a good amount of time with his three dogs and four cats, when not in the office.
